About Us
REITIUM.org was founded by Thomas Park, a visionary driven by his upbringing in a single-immigrant-parent household that faced the familiar challenges of affordable housing and financial hardship. Thomas's journey from living in affordable housing as a child to becoming a tech entrepreneur, to seasoned realtor with over 20 years of experience exposed him to the acute need for accessible housing and community support systems. This insight led to the co-creation of REITIUM, a platform initially aimed at democratizing real estate investment, which has now evolved to facilitate the development of community centers, daycares, and affordable homes on underutilized church land in the US and Canada.
At the core of REITIUM.org with the partnership with The Church Guy - Dan Klatt, our mission is to transform churches into self-sustaining ecosystems that extend beyond reliance on donations, offering valuable community services and housing solutions. By focusing on creating safe, inclusive spaces and addressing the housing needs of single mothers, families, immigrants, seniors, and veterans; REITIUM.org & the Church Guy Network is not just building infrastructure but fostering resilient communities. Our commitment is to sustainability and empowerment, honoring the spirit of perseverance embodied by families like Thomas’s, and laying the groundwork for communities to thrive together.
Dan Klatt "Church Guy Network"
A Las Vegas native, born at Nellis AFB, married with 3 children, 8 grandkids, and 2 great grandsons. Dan spent 33 years in the collision industry as a custom painter and principle of Glorified Bodies in Las Vegas.
After the selling of his last shop in 2002 and having had owned over 30 auto body businesses he entered real estate. The goal was to be a business broker, but he was quickly called by God to represent churches exclusively for their real estate transactions. Since that he has represented churches in hundreds of transactions beginning in Las Vegas but now has a nationwide network of agents to serve the 49,000 pastors and church leaders serving 42,000 churches in his database. Dan has developed several financial tools, and tools to help his clients and his agents to streamline the long task of moving a congregation. He has relationships and deals directly with several church denominations. Out of the small number of real church property experts in America, Dan has built the largest and most comprehensive network providing guidance for hundreds of churches coast-to-coast.
