Thomas has a unique background that has led to his success in the industry. He began his career in the early 90s by selling computers during the emergence of web 1.0. He then started a web development company in 1997, and went through the dotcom boom and bust before transitioning into real estate in the early 2000s (Web 2.0 era), where he was able to blend his two passions of technology and real estate. This has allowed him to take real estate investing into the web 3.0 era.
